Popdance, a fun, relaxed dance class for adults of all ages who want to learn dance routines to Pop music from the 80's, 90's and modern day, are looking for dedicated, passionate dance teachers to join them in their exciting business.
Popdance is great fun and gives our customers the escape from demanding lifestyles and demanding children. Not just for mums, people of all ages (over 18s) come to our classes and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
At Popdance you can:
Run your own classes without any financial outlay or risk
Have all routines and classwork provided for you in the form of dance notes and dvds
Have the opportunity to choreograph routines if you want to

We are looking for:
Dedicated and passionate dance teachers who want to run 1 or lots of Popdance classes – you could even manage an area for us if you want to.

Why should you teach for Popdance?
Popdance classes are all about having fun and that rule applies to the teacher as much as it does to their class.
When you turn up to your Popdance class, with your lesson and music already prepared, you are working in a class of adults who are there for some fun and enjoyment, with no pressure on you or them. There is still emphasis on safe dance practice, health and safety and encouraging the very best out of them but without the added pressures of working towards exams, working on technique to create the next Darcy Bussell, neither are you working with a syllabus, concentrating on a show, or any of the stresses involved. It is a fun class to teach and let your hair down whilst creating a fab and exciting environment for the people in your class
What we are looking for:
We are looking for qualified dance teachers, who also have public liability insurance Ideally you will have experience of teaching a mixture of age groups including adults. Along with experience in dancing and teaching, one of the most important qualities for this role is to have the energy and enthusiasm so that your class is fun and enjoyable to attend.
